Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

Students can cancel their active monthly or yearly Medarro subscription at any time directly from the Profile & Settings page or by sending an email to medarro01@gmail.com. Upon cancellation, your subscription will not auto-renew at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain full access to premium features until your paid period expires.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want every medical student to experience genuine academic value with zero risk. If you subscribe to a paid Medarro plan and feel that the AI study engine, diagnostic testing, or flashcards do not meet your expectations, you are eligible for a 100% full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase date.

3. How to Request a Refund

To claim a refund within the 7-day period:

1. Send an email from your registered Medarro account to medarro01@gmail.com.
2. Include the subject line: Refund Request: [Your Registered Email].
3. Mention your Razorpay Payment ID (found in your transaction SMS or email receipt).

No complex questionnaires or phone calls are required. Our team will review and approve your request within 24 hours.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Once approved, the refund is initiated immediately through Razorpay back to your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Credit/Debit Card). According to standard banking settlement cycles in India, the funds will reflect in your account within 5 to 7 business days.

5. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

If you were accidentally charged twice due to a network glitch or multiple clicks during checkout, please alert us immediately. Any duplicate charges are reversed automatically and refunded within 24 hours.
