Medarro (https://medarro.com) is an online software-as-a-service (SaaS) and digital educational platform for medical students. We provide web-based study plans, AI clinical answers, and interactive flashcard libraries. We do not sell or ship physical goods.

2. Instant Delivery Timeline

Upon successful payment authorization via our payment gateway (Razorpay):

• Your Medarro user account is upgraded to Scholar or Genius VIP instantaneously (typically within 1 to 5 seconds).
• Access to premium features, including unlimited AI study queries and full high-yield textbook capsules, becomes active immediately on your dashboard.
• A digital payment receipt and transaction confirmation will be sent to your registered email address automatically.

3. Shipping Fees & Charges

Since all delivery occurs electronically via cloud infrastructure, there are zero shipping fees, handling charges, or postal transit delays associated with any Medarro subscription.

4. Troubleshooting Delivery Issues

In rare instances where a payment is deducted by your bank but your account is not upgraded within 5 minutes due to network latency, our automated reconciliation webhook will process it. If your subscription is not visible, please contact our support team with your Razorpay Payment ID at medarro01@gmail.com, and we will activate your access within 2 business hours.
